For our branch in Munich we are looking for a Manager Finance (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Functional and disciplinary leading of the German team
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to drive business decisions (long- and short-term goals and objectives)
  • Develop, update, improve and report accurate, actionable, and timely financials and business KPIs
  • Responsibility for budgets, forecasts, target/actual variances and ad hoc analyses
  • Responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
  • Follow up on performance as well as prepare weekly updates and monthly forecasts
  • Main Point of Contact for auditors, tax and legal consultants and leasing companies
  • Provide local and global management with reports and data-driven analyses
  • Further development and implementation of modern structures, processes and tools in finance and controlling
  • Manage and guide a small team, being able to step in whenever operational support is required

Your Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in business/Business Administration, with a major field in finance/controlling or comparable
  • Finance professional with proven experience (5-10 years) in financial planning and analysis
  • Proven experience in accounting, tax and compliance and leading a small team
  • Proven experience in providing valuable business support to the management team
  • Ideally work experience in an IT / IT-Security or IT-Service environment
  • Ideally a good understanding of contracting terms and conditions as well as local accounting regulations
  • Highly computer literate with reference to accounting and management software including proficient in Excel
  • Excellent communication, team player and strong interpersonal skills
  • Hands on mentality with the ability and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Business fluency in both German and English language
