SecureLink implements the first CDC project at AZ Alma
AZ Alma can count on a forward-looking strategy for network security and management from a remote location, whereby the NOC and CDC services are complementary; everything is monitored and protected, from the coffee machine to the operating room. AZ Alma is a regional hospital group situated in Het Meetjesland, East-Flanders. It has two campuses, one in Eeklo and one in Sijsele. In March 2017, all direct patient care will be moved to a new campus in Eeklo. “It is precisely for this new building that we wanted to take care of our entire IT infrastructure. There will be a lot of new technologies.” says Fritz Defloor, director ICT & Administration at AZ Alma. “The Network will be the backbone of everything: from WiFi to IP telephony for the staff. That means that the network must be secure, of good quality and available at all times.”

Our organization does not allow a specialist for each branch of IT. An outsourced managed services model gives us much more flexibility and security.
